1.Payments and Purchases
Moon Sign offers paid astrology consultations, in-app purchases, and Premium subscriptions.
Purchases made through our mobile application are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Prices and applicable charges are displayed before purchase.
2.Premium Subscriptions
Moon Sign Premium may be offered through monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings.
Deleting your Moon Sign account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
3.Consultation Delivery
We aim to deliver paid astrology consultation responses within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
If your consultation remains unanswered after 72 hours, you may request a full refund or choose to continue waiting for your response.
4.Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available in the following situations:
You cancel a consultation before the astrologer begins reviewing your question.
Your consultation remains unanswered after 72 hours.
You experience a verified duplicate charge or billing error.
The delivered consultation has a significant technical or service-related issue.
Completed consultations are generally non-refundable solely because you disagree with an astrological interpretation.
Refunds remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and relevant app store refund policies.
5.How to Request a Refund
For purchases made through Apple App Store, you may request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
For Google Play purchases, you may request a refund through your Google Play purchase history or applicable Google Play support channels.
You may also contact Moon Sign for assistance with consultation cancellations, delays, or billing issues.
