Frequently Asked Questions

Paid questions are reviewed, analyzed, and answered by professional human Vedic astrologers (Jyotishis). Astrologers examine your full planetary chart, current Vimshottari Dasha, Gochara (transits), and house placements before preparing your guidance. They may use modern calculation software and research aids; the consultation response is their individual professional work.

We treat birth-time accuracy transparently. If your birth time is Approximate or Unknown, our engine computes Moon-based (Chandra Kundali) and Surya Kundali charts, while explicitly withholding house-sensitive Ascendant (Lagna) claims. Human astrologers take this into account and tailor your reading accordingly rather than making unverified guesses.

We use a simple, transparent per-question purchase model—never per-minute billing. Store prices in your local currency on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are authoritative at checkout. Reference pricing is clearly visible before you submit your question, with no recurring monthly subscriptions required for asking questions.

Yes. Once an astrologer completes and submits your answer, you can submit a Follow-up Question at an accessible discounted rate. The follow-up is directly routed with your original question and chart context for seamless continuity.

Yes. Your birth data (date, time, latitude, longitude) is strictly encrypted and used only to calculate your astronomical chart and generate your readings. We never sell your personal or birth information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Moon Sign uses classical Vedic Astrology (Parashari Jyotish) with the Sidereal Zodiac and Chitra Paksha (Lahiri) Ayanamsa. We utilize the Whole Sign house system (Rashi-as-house), which is the authoritative foundation of ancient Vedic astrological texts.

Delivery targets depend on the depth of the reading. Standard readings are typically answered within 48 hours, Detailed readings within 72 hours, and Follow-up questions within 24 hours. Because each reading is personally written by a human specialist, quality and thoroughness are always prioritized.
