Web Deletion Request Pathways
You do not need the mobile app installed to delete your account or personal data. Choose one of the verified options below:
Send a pre-filled deletion request from your registered email address. We verify and process requests within 30 days.
If you are signed in on the web, you can immediately delete your account and personal records directly from settings.
1.Account Deletion
Moon Sign allows users to permanently delete their accounts and associated personal information.
You can request account deletion directly through the Moon Sign mobile application or contact our support team if you need assistance.
2.How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account:
Open the Moon Sign app.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account & Security.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the instructions to confirm your request.
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] for assistance.
3.What Happens to Your Data
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including profile details, birth information, saved astrology content, and consultation history, according to our deletion procedures.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to meet legal, financial, security, or regulatory obligations.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups according to our data retention practices.
4.Premium Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your Moon Sign account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If you have a Moon Sign Premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid future charges.
5.Important Information
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, access to your account and associated personal content cannot be restored through the normal account recovery process.
